There is currently a couple of ATM in town which belong to the BNI bank and can deliver up to 1,500,000 Rp per transaction in 50,000 Rp notes, but also a few other banks and one money changer. There is a bad rate, so better change enough money before coming here. The best rate I got was in Jakarta and Bali, the further I moved from there, the worse the changing rate was.
In Labuan Bajo you will find plenty of travel agencies. If you need just some advise contact the Perama Travel guys [email protected] / +62 (0 385 42015.
TransNusa Airlines has an office a little bit further, but be aware the flights might be changed or even canceled. Better double check directly +62 0 385 41800. Their office normally closes at 5PM, but sometimes internet or electricity goes down around 3PM, so you might want to go there earlier. There must be also a Merpati office.
